I sent a box to the Phillipines on 11/29 and I was told that it will take 6-10 business days before my family received the box. The problem is they haven't gotten it until now (12 days) and I already lost the receipt here. Is there any other way to get the Track Number if I will go back to the Post Office? Thanks!

I had same problem as yours. It took almost a month when i get the box through USPS. Your family can call the nearest post office here or if your box contains things that the custom needs to check it, then it might be held by them. opppsss...there is 12%vat of ur declared item. Your family will receive notice from the post office though...
