Hi Everyone,

After we fill out our timelines here we are given an estimate of our wait time until adjudication. First, I understand that this is just an estimate based on the history of other people's experience here on VJ, but I like it as a reference. I see my estimated date move a little bit from time to time and I figure it is computer generated and moves as the data changes every day. However, yesterday or the day before my adjudication date was between Jan. 21 and January 29th and today it says between February 13th and March 7th!!!!! What could have caused my (and I imagine everyone else waiting for a k1 from Vermont) date to change so drastically? Should I be concerned that my wait time really jumped a month?

Thanks and speedy approvals to all!

p.s. in the future, please refrain from personal attacks. Just because someone made a mistake does not necessarly make them an idiot. Besides, it is against the TOS. ;)

I apologise for venting my personal feelings... I shouldn't have called anybody an idiot on a public forum regardless of what I think. So apologies to the couple involved as well as all of you who were subjected to the offensive word. (F)

And you are absolutely right, I'm sure it's a genuine typo and that in itself doesn't make somebody an idiot. But it does bring incompetence to mind since at least people should be careful if they decide to input their data in considering it has an impact on our data as well.

And while I agree with you Kim, we should not rely on the estimations all too closely, it is the only straw we can grab that seem to have some, however rough, estimates of when we can see the end of this part of visa journey.

I also noticed that my timeline has changed I filed in June and I was adjucted from Nov 3 -15 now i am dec 3 - 26th. Guess Im the 6 month mark now. I'm still waiting to hear about my NOA2. I have a friend that filed a month after me and he got his a couple of weeks ago. So I dont know what is going on. But I hope everyone hears something real soon. I keep my fingers crossed. It can be stressful. But at least you should know you are not alone. Good Luck to everyone. :)
