I fly tomorrow hope somebody can help me, I have my advance parole document, what other documents do I need to show cbp upon re -entry.

Your advance parole, both copies and a valid passport. If your passport is in your maiden name and your AP is in your married name then you need a copy of your marriage certificate as well.

Have a good trip home

.

I made sure he took everything, its my 12 year old son, I am already a US Citizen have been since June 08  but my son had to fly back to England to see his father for the Christmas break, I made sure I gave him everything even a copy of my marriage cert. It worrys me as he fly's on his own as a unaccompanied minor. we havent yet received an approval for the I-485, but did get the employment card and the advance parole he has had his boimetrics appointment, so hopefully it wont be too much longer. Im not sure if he will have another appointment, or will he just get his green card??. I know that once he gets his green card he will be a US Citizen since I am one and he is a minor.

Anybody else done this for their son under the age of 18???
