Problems with Bayview Hotel

We had an issue with the Bayview Hotel in Manila also. Radz tryied to call them and change the reservation dates but they would not let her because the reservations were made online. So I went online and changed the dates to Dec 18 and 19 and i got response from the website and even showe a change in the amount we owed, Now at 77 dollars left because we had put down a $55.00 deposit. Today we got message from hotel saying Radz is a now show. Evidently the hotel didnt change the dates or the online reservations isnt working correct or it could be the hotel is just trying to rip us off. Radz was originally going to stay from Dec 9 to Dec 19. I have written (emailed) to the hotel but they have not responded yet.

We stayed in Bayview when we had our interview and i would say that their service is very POOR!!! WE had a bad experienced plus they are very expensive. :

Bayview hotel sucks!

I will never exchange Mabuhay Manor Hotel for any hotel, that I will only have to pay -3000 for a day..

I had the same problem with Bayview Hotel few years ago.I was told that it was another booking agent that dealt with my husband's online booking and he didn't deal directly with the Bayview so making changes isn't reflected right away. Good thing it happened before he arrived and since I was working in Manila then I was able to pester them to make the necessary correction. They were once a better hotel with good and clean facilities. There are other hotels with the same rate but of better service and facilities.

ohh ohhh.. thanks for the info guys.. we had a reservation in Bayview for my interview last May,, but my interview has to be rescheduled.. I rescheduled it 3 times now, and didn't have any problems.. I asked them if I can still reschedule it.. they told me "yes, no problem" Maybe because we made the reservations directly.

When my fiance was here, We stayed at the Citystates Tower Hotel.. it was good.. Economical.. in short so Sulit.. We got good service and the employees are friendly.. it was recommended by our fellow VJ here...

Bayview hotel is pretty expensive. And the service isn't all that good. Why don't you try going to cherry blossoms hotel? That's where my hubby stayed before his interview and medical exam. The rates were cheaper than bayview and the staff was very friendly and courteous. Hubby said that the rooms were clean. The hotel was always packed so my hubby ended up getting the only room they had left which was the 2 level suite for 3000 per night.

Autually I checked on Cherry Blossoms and got a better rate at Bayview. The main problem if you call them they tell you reservations made online so you have to correct it there, Then it was changed online and showed changed but when the original booking date came up they gave us a now show not showing the changed dates. The email said if any questions contact juvy.polancos@directwithhotels.com and I have sent the message 3 days ago now with no response.

After sending the Hotel and booking company an email about filing a police report to deniy charges I got serveral responses about the problem and they say they are looking into it. I told them we have made plans to stay at a different hotel because we have no confidence in them getting the matter straight.
