NAME CRISIS!

Ok, so my fiance is a Pakistani citizen. I just realized that on his passport his father's first name has an addition that is not included in the I-129F we filed. Pakistan passports include father's name of the passport holder. The name is the same but his name has a title before his first name on his passport and that title we did not include on the I-129F form where they asked for his father's name.

And right now, my fiance's mother is preparing an notarized affidavit in lieu of his birth certificate, and we are confused as to what name she should put down as my husband's father's name.

To illustrate what I mean:

This is how my fiance's father's name looks on my fiance's passport: Abdul FXXXXXX LXXXX

This is how my fiance's father's name appears on the I-129F: FXXXXXX LXXXX

So how should my fiance's father's name appear on the document we will be presenting in lieu of the birth certificate?

Should it be how it appears on the I-129F or how it appears in my fiance's passport?

Thanks so much in advance to those that can help me out here!
