RFE delivered yesterday. Is there a way of knowing if they tok the case out of "suspense" and resumed working on it? Does it show touch or email? Just curious. Or simply assume that now that they have it, it is resumed?

Thanks!

You will know either by getting an email from CRIS in a few days and/or you will see a touch in your files in a few days. If none of those happen then give them a call and use the trick to get to vsc and they will tell you if they received your rfe and if case is back on schedule. You must give it a few days after it has been delivered at their center, and then an approval will follow shortly or can take up to another 60 days. I know, its hard going. Good luck.

Thanks for your quick reply. I anticipated a few days before they acknowledge the receipt, but wanted to know out of curiosity.
