Hello VJs!!!! I've got a problem on my police certificate, I still have it I don't know how and why I still have it. It is part of the requirement for the K1 Visa. I know I have to give it to USE. What will I do? Do I need to go hand carry it to USE? Or send it to LBC or FedEx? :bonk:

Please help....

^^Will you please clear it? You had the interview on Dec 2. Your worry is the police certificate is still with you (meaning pre-screener nor consul didn't get it from you?)...

If nobody asked you a certain document (i.e. police certificate, CENOMAR etc..) it means they don't need it from you. Did you get pink slip ONLY or other paper/s too (white paper indicating document/s to be submitted and blue form)? If pink slip only then you are approved. Should not worry.

I know the pre-screener asked it from me and didn't give it to him??? ha ha ha ANyway,, I'm good in worrying...

How about your NBI, did they ask for it? NBI is more important than police clearance unless you were out of the country for more than 6 months.

How about your NBI, did they ask for it? NBI is more important than police clearance unless you were out of the country for more than 6 months.

They had my NBI CLearance....

Nothing to worry, if they gave you a pink slip just wait for magic text from Delbros that your visa is on the way..

01-18-08- Arrived in USA , POE-Guam

04-17-08- Submitted the AOS

05-13-08- Biometrics

07-21-08- Date of AOS approval but got the letter July 24

No Interview, No RFE and Additional Vaccination( just used the SLEC medical docs)

07-22-08- Date of Permanent REsident CARd , got it July 29

Don't worry about it. Just wait for your visa to be delivered. I think, once your case is handed to the releasing counter(the last window at USEM), ur case is ready for the visa printing...no worries.. remember, there was 3-day holidays, so, expect that there will be some delays.

We were placed on a missing document hold because Claudeth forgot to get her German police clearance translated. You could be placed on a similar hold for the missing police clearance. If at all possible, I would recommend taking it back to the embassy personally and turning it in to the correct window. By the time Claudeth got the translation all windows but one were closed for the weekend. The guy at window W or whatever took it but then didn't do anything with it so it laid there for 3 weeks.
