Hello,

I am ready to file the I751, and I wanted to make sure that this is enough evidence:

Joint checking account evidence Bank statements 1 from each quarter for the last 2 years

• Joint tax filing status evidence, Official IRS tax transcripts for 2005, 2006 and 2007

• Birth Certificate for our daughter

- Death Certificate for our son

• Joint residence evidence

Lease agreements, copy of our state driver’s licenses. Copy of Credit cards, Copy of AAA cards, Copy of our Sams club card

• Bills mostly in my name(Electricity both names, Cell, health)

- Car insurance policy both names

- Rental insurance policy

- Trip that we made to Florida after we lost our first baby

• Family photos

Do I need to add anything else?

If I decide to send Priority flat rate USPS mail, do I have to add any extra service? like signature required or such

Thanks a bunch

I'm sorry about your baby.

You have plenty of evidence. I would suggest putting "Delivery Confirmation" or "Signature required" just so you have proof that they received it. Good luck.

Thank you Andersen. I just wanted to make sure that I have enough, since I heard people here sending hundreds of pages of evidence :o :o . Which by the way reminds me of the nightmare of the AOS.

Good luck as well

The only real nightmare was finding $545.00 in the runup to Christmas!

I have the NOA which extends the Conditional Green card a year and my ability to travel so I am not unduly worried. If I get an RFE or a request for Interview then so be it.

Sorry to hear about your Baby.

I just sent it UPS.
