I have a few questions for my EAD application.

My fiance and I got married before the 90 days limit on our K1 Visa but that 90 days has passed and we are now applying for the EAD. What would my current status be?

Also i can't work out what to put as Manner of Last Entry, is it K1 Visa Holder?

The out the example forms here on VJ, they are really helpful! :) Your are technically "out of status", but you're allowed to stay while you file and wait out your AOS. However, don't leave the country because they won't let you back in...K-1 visas are one-time entry, if you leave you have to start the immigration process from scratch with a spousal visa.
