I want a little house like over in Europe.

To hell with these big american monstrosities we are building more and more of.

I want more time for fun and less time spent on cleaning and maintenance.

i chose living in a highrise in manhattan ... but honestly, i'd love to live in a little house (or even an apartment) in europe. ..... ::sigh:: i love europe.....

Why? its full of Europeans and some of us aint nice

I would definitely like rural, but almost as far away from civilization as possible (but still close enough to be able to buy supplies that are needed  )

Log cabin. We're planning it now

Give me green and wet (meaning Oregon, not the Hulk in the shower or a frog in a pond :P ) I've always wanted to live there and David has fallen in love with it, too. Planning a trip there this year or next....I'm sure we won't want to leave :crying:

I rather like the weather here in Germany, mostly cool and wet. I could do with an air conditioner for those few crappy weeks in the summer though. As flat and cow filled as it mostly is, I also like the landscape of the area around the North Sea coast.

In America, ideally, I'd like somewhere on either in northern New England or on the upper West Coast. One or two stories, isn't particularly important as long as the house is well constructed, in a decent area with decent schools, on about 1-5 acres without some ### neighborhood association.

suburbs, low-rise apts, rolling hills

(currently, running 2/3: I live in Pikesville--and will be moving soon to Jessup--suburb of Balto, in low-rise apt).
