Heya guys!

Well, following issues at home, I've managed to secure a place on campus where I can stay until I head off to the States (fingers crossed). I'll be officially moving out next week, and I will have police assistance. I've been a busy bee =p.

Now, the USCIS is really confusing about how you go about reporting it, and they're not responding to my emails. It says to file a form AR-11 but it says I need to send it to the US, and it's for people changing address within the US.

I'm horrendously confused and I need to submit my changes soon. Any help you guys can offer would be appreciated.

Thank you!

Magpie.

The situation, to boot, is that I still have to finish submitting m DS forms and so on (I'm waiting on my new passport to arrive). But I can't fill those in until I know whether to include a different address/phone number or not.

I'm horrendously confused and I need to submit my changes soon. Any help you guys can offer would be appreciated.

Your right the AR-11 is only for aliens who live in the US. You should contact the embassy as USCIS are not involved in this part of the process. Contact details http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/...assistance.html

The process you describe is if an alien is living in the US. As I said before USCIS do not deal with the interview process so the Embassy in London needs to be contacted.

Heya guys -- thankums for the responses.

Well, it just so happened that after fifty jillion emails and £15 blown on a phone call to the embassy, they finally gave me a case code to email them with. I guess it so happens that you have to spend at least £10 on a phone call just so they can give you one, else you won't catch their attention in emails.

Uuuwah. In any case, they've finally changed my address (after panicking on my part for over a week @_@). Fingers crossed for the move on Wednesday, arrrgh.
