Hello everybody,

How soon in advance can the information be dated in terms of the financial paperwork, police clearance, etc.? Seems like the length of validity for police clearance varies by country-- does anyone know what it is for Mexico? Also, how far back can the financial paperwork be dated? My family is coming to visit here in Mexico for Christmas and it would be great if I could take advantage of that to have them bring me paperwork that's easier to access in the U.S. Also, I'm leaving Mexico in January so it would be much easier to leave my fiancee with everything in order--except we still haven't received the NOA2...we received our NOA1 at the end of July so I'm hoping it will be soon but of course I can't be sure. So can I give him the I-134 and can he get his clearance within the next few weeks and have it all still be valid for his interview (maybe February-ish)?

Thanks and good luck to everybody.

Jamie
