I didn't use one and it was accepted. Why would you want to have the officers read through more stuff attached to your AOS which could cause delays?

The only thing you might want to consider is to itemize the list of evidences, if your AOS has many attached documents. However, I didn't do this either, and it was accepted.

Hello if you are referring to the Affidavit of Support there is one on this site but I did not use one and had no problem what so ever as they dont ask for one in the instructions. Take care

We didn't submit any cover letter although we included a Bibliography of the documents we submitted.
