I am using a continuation sheet like a lot of people for the I-129F and G325A.

For my girl friend/wife her address's for both living and work arrangements will take 2 pages for the contination.

Will this be OK? Do I just label the pages 1 and 2? Also are you attached the contination sheets behind the form or to the form with a paper clip?

Second. Can someone confirm if my format is acceptable? I was unable to find an actual example other than a few typed words from some members.

Thank you for anyone who can help.

I just labled mine 'Suppliment to I-129F Q....' and repeated the question. I then attached it to the back of the form using a clip. Don't forget to sign and date the suppliment.
