EAD and AP are included on the $1010 for AOS?But what if we will do the EAD first before we do the AOS,does it mean that EAD fee will be minus to the AOS fee

LOVE IS PATIENT, LOVE IS KIND. IT DOES NOT ENVY, IT DOES NOT NOT BOAST, IT IS NOT PROUD. IT IS NOT RUDE, IT IS NOT SELF-SEEKING, IT IS NOT EASILY ANGERED, IT KEEPS NO RECORD OF WRONGS. LOVE DOES NOT DELIGHT IN EVIL BUT REJOICES WITH THE TRUTH. IT ALWAYS PROTECTS, ALWAYS TRUST, ALWAYS HOPES, ALWAYS PERSEVERSE. LOVE NEVER FAILS.

HI, I believe the aed fee will not be deducted for aos fee if you file it in(ead) separately, that's what we did, we filed for ead first and paid the 340.00 fee for it and then will just appl for aos later probably early next year, anyway it's worth the money because I can work now and my ead card is good for almost 2 years, so by the time we file for the aos next year, we've save enough money for the aos fee. :star:

Wait long enough to file AOS and you'll get the 10 year GC and won't have to remove conditions. W0n't have to pay the $545 either.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
