is the 2nd name considered the middle name? (Ex. Jennifer Bianca R. Gonzales) The name that is written on the approval notice is Jennifer B. Gonzales. Is this right? Or should it be Jennifer R. Gonzales?

Hi There!

That was my fiance' worried about when he filed ours. Cuz my name is Armida Joy... what he wrote was Armidajoy coz he said there in the US they considered my second name as middle name.

We were approved as Armidajoy. Goodluck. I hope you won't have problem with that later. :whistle:

In the U.S., second name is considered the middle name. Unlike here in the philippines wherein your middle name is always your mom's maiden name.

My husband uses his 2nd Name as his Middle name which made me confused at first.

Jennifer B. Gonzales would be right.
