I came here last July with K1 visa and got married. We planned to filed my AOS, EAD and SSN but then we found out that Im 8 weeks pregnant. My concern is that how can I filed all these things that I know I should get a vaccination form to complete all this paperworks. Im totally confused right now dont know what to do. :bonk: I dont want to wait for few months to filed it till I give birth its way too long. Is there any way I can file or get a waiver for my vaccination? and just complete vaccination after I give birth? I need some advice... :crying:

I would truly appreciate your advice and insights for this. thank you so much! :innocent:

I know for a fact that you will be excused, and you will get a waiver. The Certified Civil Surgeon will make a note on the form that you are preg, and that you are exempt from the vaccination. The TB exam is harmless though, and you will be required to do that EVEN when you are preg. The tenus shot is also required, and is harmless for the mother/fetus.

You probably got all except one at St Lukes right? But no worries they will excuse you of any you are missing when pregnant.

The civil surgeon will prepare the waiver for you & you can mail it together with the rest of the documents for your AOS application. Goodluck!
