Is there anyway to get my 2007 tax transcripts?? I know I can get 2004,2005,2006 but i was wondering since its almost 2009 when can we get copies of our 2007 taxes??? I made alot of money last year compared to the other three years and i think it will be the most useful to show them that tax transcript then 2006's.

Also on form I-864..... When the information is (optional) should I fill it in or is it not very necessary??? I just want to give them as much information as possible to increase my chances without having any problems.

Should i give them copies of my last three year tax transcripts??? Even though i did it for the I-129f????

Also Do i have to fill out a g-134a form also or just my fiance/wife???

ALSO my wifes VISA expired a month ago and we are just now about ready to mail out the AOS forms. Is this going to be a problem?? We did get married within the 90 days but really we havent been doing any paper work or anything like that. IS this okay??

Call IRS and order them, 2007 should be available now. http://www.irs.gov/faqs/faq1-6.html (SIMPLE transcripts are fine)

I included past 3 years IRS data with I-864 even though not needed, never hurts, I have seen posts where additional returns are requested by USCIS.

AOS only needs G-325A from the non-resident who is petitioning for their green-card.

As long as you marry within the period granted by I-94 you will be fine, NOTE Visa's expiration date is the date by which the visa needs to be used to enter the USA, its expiration date has NOTHING to do with when to marry by, or filing AOS, the Visa is voided upon entry to the USA.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
