Hi all!!! Ok, so at last natapos ko na pumunta sa civil surgeon... $25 to transcribe my vaccination supplement but... waaaaa!!! I had three vaccines again!!! E ano pa magagawa ng beauty ko e kailangan daw ma kumpleto ko na shots... I paid $220 for the vaccines plus the $25 so total of $245. Yung sa son ko, $50 ang siningil sa amin pero buti na lang di pa sya kailangan mag vaccine kasi age inappropriate. Madugo mga sisters and brother (that's you kuya manny)!!! Anyway, sana matapos na to. I got the forms I-693 in a few minutes lang kaya thankful naman ako. My papers are good to go na tomorrow...send ko na sya...hay! natapos din. Problem ko na lang yung social security ko. I think napa aga yata kuha ko ng ssn. I applied kasi on the 10th day after I arrived. Ayun, wala pa rin hanggang ngayon and I was told it can take up to a month kasi they need to verify from Department of Homeland Security. Yun lang update ng buhay ko. How's everyone???

Right now I just passed my written driving test, and on Friday is my actual driving test but before i went through my actual, nag driving lesson muna ako which is $90/2 hrs, cbi ng instructor ko, manila driver daw ako he he. I already rcv my california ID, required kse if you are resident here in Cali. As of now, caregiver muna ako sa stepdad ko which ok naman kse he provides everyhting we need and he even bought a car for me! God is really good all the time. My daughter goes to school cloe to our house and my eldest will join in an Air Force sana makapasa cya. Ikaw san ka dito sa states?

Im here in Temple Terrace, Florida. Di ko lang maintindihan kung bakit sobra lamig dito!!! This is Florida! Sabi nila first time lang daw na ganito kalamig dito. Di pa naman ako nagdala ng masyadong damit kasi papa door to door na lang daw ng parents ko. Nag alala kasi sila na baka di ko daw makaya kasi kasama ko anak ko. Laking sisi ko talaga kasi sobrang dali lang ng flight ko. Sayang pa yung baggage allowance ko na tig 70lbs, at pwede pa ako magdala ng 2 baggages. Anyway, ayaw ko na isipin. Eto, sa house lang....helpping my son to adjust. Kaso ako yata ang super bored to death na. I have work waiting for me here kaso ssn and ead pa ang wala. Buti na lang willing to wait employer ko. Im dying to have my driver's license and have my own car! Medyo noong una, nalulungkoot ako kasi di ako makakilos! Kasi nga wala akong ssn so pati bank account di ako makapag open! Wala ako credit history, emplyment history....para akong bagong panganak. HAHAHA! Yun lang.

ngayong lang ako naka-open ng vj kasi super busy. i got my ssn and green card. yung ssn ko natanggap ko 1 week after ko dumating dito. yung green card naman, 3 weeks after ko dumating dito. i also got my son's ssn. so far driving na lang ang problema. medyo complicated ang license ko. i have international driver's license, i can drive here for a year but i can't apply for state id kasi nga i have to apply daw for driver's license. kaya eto practice driving muna kasi sa totoo lang hindi naman talaga ako nagda-drive. and syempre kailangan ko rin magbasa ng handbook. by the way, i need the state id para maka-joint account kami ng asawa ko.

hmmm updates... I have my SSN now after the delay of my I-94. It was not stapled to my passport when I arrived, so I went to Homeland office to get one for me and my son. So now I have my SSN card we opened a joint bank account yesterday, and like nbfsb I have been reviewing too, I might apply for driver's license once I had my exams done (thanks minang for the tip), and I'm still waiting for my hubby's ITR to complete our AOS papers. So far that's it. I hope all is well with the rest of the gang.

Driving is different here. Read the manual and practice and practice driving American style. Had to repeat my actual driving test 'coz of my Manila driving habits. Also the driver license is your most important form of identification alongside your greencard/passport or state id.

hmmm updates... I have my SSN now after the delay of my I-94. It was not stapled to my passport when I arrived, so I went to Homeland office to get one for me and my son. So now I have my SSN card we opened a joint bank account yesterday, and like nbfsb I have been reviewing too, I might apply for driver's license once I had my exams done (thanks minang for the tip), and I'm still waiting for my hubby's ITR to complete our AOS papers. So far that's it. I hope all is well with the rest of the gang.

Nag-apply ka na ba o kompleto ka ba sa requirements mo? Hindi automatic yan sa K1 holders. Sa CR1/IR1/CR2/IR2 automatic kasi.
