Can we have that data for 1994-2002 First time homebuyers. This ought to be good. Dissociate those years from the 2003-2008 crowd. Particularly, looking at 2001-2006 and 2006-2008 might be interesting as well.

In our areas, of course the most foreclosures and negative equity resides in areas where no logical person wants to live anyways. Most of the East Bay (the Richmond area is funny -- most crime-laden place in California), East San Jose, East Palo Alto, West SSF/San Bruno, and Daly City. In decent areas like Marin County, Millbrae, San Mateo, Mountain View, Santa Clara, Campbell, Los Gatos, and Saratoga, the prices are staying pretty stagnant.
