Hi Everyone,

My fiancee will be coming over this weekend, and we have a couple of questions about what to fill in on the I-94 form.

1) What should she fill in for "Country where you live"/Lawful permanent residence? She is coming from Germany and we will file for Adjustment of Status after she arrives. Should she fill in her home country or the US at this point?

2) Which of the several numbers on the K-1 visa is in fact the "visa number"? Is it the control number, the alien number, or the rote number?

3) What is the country of issuance? She received it from the US Consulate in Frankfurt.

Also usual printed in the back of the in flight magazine on the plane.

1) HOME Country, in my wife's case CHINA

2) I believe it asks for PASSPORT NUMBER not visa number.

3) Frankfort

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
