Hi all.

Well, it has been over 3 months now since I sent off my AOS package and still no news on a interview or whatever.

And it has been nearly 2 months since I sent off my RFE back in and still no update.

But some things might be changing and I do not know how it will affect my case status.

1. I might be moving address to live with my mom in laws parents

2. If we do end up moving, then my step dad in law will no longer be a valid co-sponsor and seeing as he is a co-sponsor for the I-485, how will this affect my case?

So I am just curious to see how this will complicate my case even more if these changes have to be made

Thanks

1) Change of address will need to be reported to USCIS.

2) Living in same home as joint sponsor has no affect on I-864 and I-864A, it is considered to be valid at the time that USCIS accepts it.

Wow that is great to hear!

I was afraid that after moving out of the house that the co-sponsor lives in, that would then make my case invalid because of the I-864A.

Thank you very much ^^
