Hi All,

We were starting to get a little worried because we never received the NOA's for our two kids and we did receive them for my wife. We filed all of the AOS papers at the same time and all three checks were cashed on the same day so I called USCIS after about a week of receiving the NOA for my wife and they told me to call back after it had been 30 days. So yesterday (day 34) I called USCIS and after about 1 hour on the phone I finally was told that the NOA's for the kids HAD ben sent as well as their biometrics appointment (same day as my wife) but all had been returned as undeliverable. Rather than me telling him my address I had him read what address they showed on the applications for the kids and sure enough it was correct. He did give me the receipt numbers and suggested that I make an INFOPASS appointment to explain the situation and request an immediate biometrics appointment. Well, we have an appointment in Portland for September 29th but I am just upset that this might add a delay to our case. I bet that 90% of the time they use the returned mail excuse to bail themselves out of not doing their jobs.

So if you have filed more than 30 days ago and have not received any NOA's get on the phone and insist that you get transfered to level two support.

Good Luck To All!!!!!!

Zak
