marriage contract typos error hayzzzzzzzz

hello there guys i have a few questions.

when we got married the secretary of sacred heart parish who made a mistake typing the following information:

she put 1970 for my husband birth year instead of 1979

my citizenship is filipino instead of USC

the secretary submitted the original marriage contract to NSO.,without showing us the original copy atleast if we found out the typos,error we can fix it ahead of time before she submitted the marriage contract forms to NSO. it took us 6 months to fixed all the error,we ended up hiring a lawyer to fix this issue. we went to court as well to get all the typos fixed. so in the future we are not going to have a problem.

since the marriage contract is been corrected.

we requested an original copy of our marriage contract from nso 6 months ago to submited to nvc. everything turn okay all the errors is corrected.

Now, my husband is preparing for his coming interview.this coming sept 29th. we paid document verification fees also last aug. 22.since everything set up we are gathering all the documents he will need prior to his interview so my mother in law's friend went to nso to requested the original copy our marriage contract. but the marriage contract ended up showing the old marriage contract with the typos in it. my gulay. i dont want the insurance of the visa hold up bec of the document verification.if they found out the error in our marriage contract.it will cost us to much time huhuhuhuhu. The NSO should changed the data long time ago. I dont know why the old data is still showing instead of the corrected one. please any advice? thank you guys.please help me ... =(

This happened to my BC before. I had gone through the hassle of court and all in 2001 and I was thinking that since it has been 3 yrs after all the processing my BC is already correct only to find out after i request a copy that still my old name there. So I went back to Civil registrar again and got all the endorsement and all and submitted to NSO manila but still after 8 months no changes happen.I was just glad I have a friend in manila and he followed it up all the way.. so in 2005 i got the annotated BC. Maybe somebody can help your husband to the NSO people. Actually when my friend was there he helped the person who typed the wordings because he was facing the computer and saw all the errors.

hello riza thanks for the respond, since we got the original copy last 6months ago and they already corrected it. i dont know why now the data is still old. =( since the usem will have my document verify from nso i think its going to be a problem i dont know why they didnt change it till this time =( im so worried

yeah that is really terrible.. maybe your hubby can go back to NSO and talk to their head so they can really change the data there .

theres no probelme with his birthcertificate, only they had a typos on our marriage contract. this issue is been fixed 6months ago but im wondering when we asked for the certified copy last week. it showed up the old data. thanks for the concern though. he will drop by to nso next mon to fix this matter thank you.
