FIancee not allowed in the USEM Interview?

Is it really true that there is a new rules now at the USEManila? That when the time of your interview your fiancee cannot enter anymore and be your side while your interview going? Oh, i hope not.. coz i want my fiancee to be with me when I have that chance someday soon. Can ANYBODY tell me something about that NEW RULES... thank you and I do appreciate everybody's comment on this...

That is a rule at some of the other US Embassy's already. You may want to check the link below for guidlelines or give them a call before your interview date to verify.

9/05/08 Case Complete at NVC

9/13/08 Case to leave NVC

9/15/08 Case received at US Embassy - London

9/20/08 Received Interview letter in US from NVC

9/29/08 Received Interview letter "pkt 4" in UK from NVC...

(no "Pkt.3" really, Interview letter just directed us to web for medical details)

10/10/08 Medical Exam

10/22/08 Interview: US Embassy - London / APPROVED

10/23/08 Visa in hand

10/30/08 POE: Chicago O'Hare

REMOVING CONDITIONS

10/12/10 packet sent UPS

10/13/10 packet received at VSC

10/20/10 check cashed for I-751 fee

I had my interview last Aug 4th,and i have seen American husbands and fiance inside the embassy only they can't go inside the interview booth..

hi!

I had my interview last 26 August they let my fiancee in at the embassy but he was not allowed at the interview room but i think it really depends on the CO. I read here in VJ that petitioner is not allowed anymore to enter the embassy. I dont know how true? I hope that they will let your fiance/husband in cause his presence would really makes a difference especially if you encounter problems.
