Dennis' interview is one week from tomorrow at the Vancouver consulate, I'll be flying up the night before so that we can go together. Will there be any other bright, shining VJ faces there that day? :)

I'm not actually Dennis...Dennis is my fiance. :) Our timeline is all in my siggy, you can click "my timeline" underneath my name to see more details (I've put LOTS of details in there). We were approved on July 11th and Dennis received packet 3 on August 1st and Dennis faxed it back that same night (Vancouver accepts faxes, Montreal requires physical copies be mailed back). We emailed them the next week to see if they had scheduled the interview yet and they gave us the date. We received packet 4 on August 14th, that is just a letter saying when the interview is. I hope that helps. :)

I won't be there that day because our interview isn't until Oct 14th, but how long are you guys staying in Vancouver? John lives about 10 minutes outside of Vancouver and I live only a few hours away. We could always get together for dinner or drinks. Especially drinks to celebrate once you get your visa! :)

P.S. Where are you guys getting married?

We'll both get there Monday night and we're leaving Wednesday night, we're cutting it pretty tight because we're driving home together on Friday (assuming all goes well :) ). We're getting married in Salt Lake City, UT. We're having a tiny ceremony later this month and then a BIG ceremony next May.
