Question about Form I-693

Hello Everyone:

My fiancé(e) arrived in U.S with K1-VISA from China at July/10, and we got married in State at July/21. Right now, I'm ready to file AOS for her. The questions is, She had all medical examinations except Vaccination(That's is an option when she had the medical examine) . From I-693 form instruction:

a. You are not required to have another medical examination as long as your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, is filed within one year of your overseas medical examination.

b. You will, however, be required to complete Part 1, Information about you, and submit the vaccination section of Part 2 with your adjustment of status application. A designated civil surgeon must complete the vaccination section and Part 5, the Civil Surgeon's Certification.

So, I had little bit confuse here now. Where can I get from I-693 part 2 done.(vaccination section), and where can I find a local Doctor office to help her on vaccination examine?

Any suggestion will be much appreciate.

You might want to call around like "shop" around for a civil surgeon that will give you a good deal "fair price" with regards to vaccinations required. GOod luck
