i'm not sure if i should be worried or not. we went thru POE at LAX on july 31. how long does it generally take for USCIS or DHS or whoever sends it, to mail your paperwork to you. we haven't gotten anything yet. we're ready to begin the working on our papers for AOS/EAD/AP. we're getting her SS# next week. wedding planned for the end of sept. located a reasonable civil surgeon...etc. i'd like to have & i think we need her paperwork to begin.

if there is a problem, & we should already have the paperwork. who do i call?

I dont think the POE is supposed to mail anything to you. Im not sure what youre expecting to receive. As far as the medical records, did they give u a copy of a vaccination record at the medical? If so, take that to the civil surgeon.

What paperwork are you needing? If you need your AOS paperwork, like forms to fill out, USCIS doesn't send you it, like they did with your packet 3 with the consulate. You need to download them from the USCIS website.

POE sends your file to USCIS to be used for your AOS. Your full medical from the panel physician abroad is part of it. You won't get anything. You just download the right forms, fill them out and send them in after your wedding along with other supporting evidence. Your DS3025 from the panel physician may be transcribed to I693 for the vaccine requirement.
