All,

I went through and broke down all the evidence we need for each form of the AOS package. I thought this might help people and if anyone sees anything else that should be added or that is wrong feel free to comment. Keep in mind that this is the bare minimum and not taking any special circumstances into account.

Evidence needed:

I-485:

- Copy of Birth Certificate

- Copy of K-1 Visa page

- Two (2) Passport Photos

- Vaccination Supplemnt I-693 or I-693A?

- Form G-325A

- Form I-864

- NOA2 from Fiancee visa (approval notice)

- Certified Copy of Marriage Certificate

- Copy of I-94 from passport (front and back)

G-325A:

- None

I-864:

- Income tax returns for 2007, 2006 and 2005

- W-2's for 2007, 2006, and 2005

- Six months of recent paystubs

- Employment letter

I-765:

- Copy of I-94 (front and back)

- Copy of Passport Identity page

- Copy of Birth Certificate

- Copy of K-1 Visa

- Copy of National ID

- Two (2) passport photos

I-131:

- Copy of Passport Identity page

- Copy of National ID

- Two (2) Passport Photos

Total:

- Six (6) Passport Photos

- Two (2) copies of Birth certificate

- Two copies of K-1 Visa

- One (1) copy of NOAS fiancee visa approval

- One (1) certified copy of Marriage certificate

- Two (2) copies of front and back of I-94

- One (1) copy of income tax returns from 2007, 2006, and 2005

- One (1) copy of W-2's from 2007, 2006 and 2005

- One (1) copy of six months worth of paystubs

- One (1) employment letter

- Two (2) copies of passport Identity page

- Two (2) copies of National ID
