Packet 3 for New Delhi

Hey Guys I am new here and not sure if I am posting this in the right area. I have a quesiton i was suppose to recieve a packet 3 from the New Delhi consulate which has been lost in the mail and when i asked the consulate what they need from us they told me just the DS230 for them to schedule an interview. When I looked at this website and the embassy info it says they require a check list does anyone know where I can get a copy of that check list? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

DS-230 Part 1 is essentially the packet 3. You dont have to wait for them to send you anything. My wife went through this process just few days ago. Print out DS-230 Part 1 and submit it at the VFS counter. Once the DS-230 Part 1 was submitted she was given the interview letter. You can expect the same.

I130 Filed in Sept 07

I130 Reciept in Jan 08

I129 Filed in Jan 15

I129 Approved in June

NVC received case in June

June 20th NVC forwarded case to Delhi

June 27 Packet mailed which I have not recieved as yet

DS 230 part 1 has to be submitted at embassy not VFS. Oh my God you have wasted so much time by waiting for the packet to arrive. Please read my topic post packet 3 and 4. Here is the link and please fill in the timeline in the link provided by CJVasani.
