NO MORE ROBBIE ON DV @DELBROS?

Hi guys and gals!I paid DV fee aug. 7 and made a follow up on AUg 8 and was told by a guy named IAN that we can no longer follow up on our case.He gave me a cellphone number instead to txt and check our status.I insisted on talking to Robbie but unfortunately he said they no longer entertain calls for follow up..Is this their new policy or i was just so unfortunate when i called?

After calling DELBROS,i called USembassy to verify if they have received hard copy of our file.I was able to talk to Grace(she sounded nice)She told me that they only have electronic file of our case but was advised to call on MOnday to schedule an interview.I told her i will fax her the bank deposit slip of DV Delbros and she said its no longer needed.That the new procedure will be ,once delbros receive the payment ,it will request verification to NSO and after that DELBROS will send our papers to EMBASSY..

So is this the new procedure or what?

im confused..HAs anyone paid just recently for DV fee?Have you been told the same thing?!

When i paid my documents verification i just texted DELBROS on the infos they need for the payment made,then a few minutes after i got a message from them,confirming that they have received my payment. A week after i texted again for follow up and texted me back that they have already forwarded my request to NSO,so then i called NSO just to confirm if they really have our papers and yes they have it already..

Hello Pim, Its not true at all that Robbie is not there at DELBROS anymore because I spoke with him many times yesterday AUG. 08 about my metrobank deposit slip because the teller gave me the wrong info regarding the branch name of the bank... so, I managed to speak with Robbie and Ian several times from 3pm-4:30pm about the entire process of my follow ups and verification of my fax sends to him. Robbie even laughed and was very accommodating to me and kept on standing up from his desk about 4-5 times just to check and see if the deposit slip I faxed him had finally come thru. I would say he was very kind, helpful and patient to me since I was ver MAKULIT NA. Before our conversation ended I asked him what the best day would be in order to bug him again, per Robbie: AFTER 3 WORKING DAYS, So meaning, On wednesday I will call again to do a follow up. Lastly, before I hung up the phone; he took the requisition form with my information on it and sent it to GRACE @ USEM that same day! so USEM will give delbros all the information needed for docs verifications depending on ur visa type per him; if it is K1-its for cenomar & BC; if it is K3/CR1/IR1 its for MC & BC authenticated by NSO. I hope that on wednesday or thrusday i can still catch him in a good mood!

Procedures are still the same: pay delbros after text confirmation delbros will request all the needed info from USEM according to visa types and docs need to be verified, delbros then forwarded it to NSO, after 1-2 weeks NSO will forward the verified and authenticated docs to USEM/delbros.
