Glad to have this visa journey site, my friend give me this link, she said this place can hlp me, im new here, but then i have big problem im facing right now about my process,

ill start with my approval, last May 28, 2008

thinking of like other normal process i was hoping june will be my interview

June, nothing from uscis, July got news from uscis housed our papers in NRC national record center, since ive been in usa once, i think they make sure i dont have any crime or record on their country,

August 07, 2008 got new approval letter from uscis dated August 1 2008,

now my question, this means that uscis are done with their review on our case????, never try to call nvc yet since we got new approval. and my worries they got us approved twice,

update on my case, Ausgust 01 2008 approved

August 03 2008 last touch

any couples had experince this b4?

giving us new approval means prolong the review? and wait again another 2 months?

is there any validity of the Noa2?

please help!!!

I'm a little bit confused. You said youg ot an approval on May 28, 2008. Are you sure it was an approval or was it an NOA 1?

And are you sure in August it wasn't your NOA 2?

Definitely when you get an NOA 2 from USCIS, it definitely takes longer than 1 month to get your interview date scheduled, as it can take up to a month from the time USCIS sends your approved petition to NVC to the time it takes NVC to send it out to the embassy.

Call NVC or DOS. Who knows your petition may already be in Manila.

Your post is very confusing.when i checked your timeline,it was just recently(aug 1) that your petition got approved.now all you have to do is to wait at least 1-2wks and you can call the NVC for you to get your manila case number.and then from nvc they will send your case to the US embassy Manila.and after a few weeks, either you and your fiance can call USEM for your interview sched

Hi, I know its confusing, but im SURE and SURPRISED!!!. my Fiancee recieved another approvl, the same the first approval last May 28, the only diffrence is the date of Approval,

the first approval we got was May 28 and

second approval is August 01....

and when i check online it changes too, before its May 28 now its August 01....

in positive side, i was thinking their done with their review.....and got us approved again....

in negative side, i was thinking they do that to prolong the review.....whatever it my be....que sierra...
