You used to be able to call the FBI to find out if they sent it back but they don't do that anymore.

Is there anyway to find out from the USCIS?

Look what I was able to find

You will need your A-number when calling the FBI at 304-625-5590. A representative may be able to tell you when the fingerprint check result was sent back to the USCIS. Since a fingerprint check is relatively straightforward and usually completed within 24 - 48 hours, calling them is only useful when you have reasons to believe that your FP result may have been lost.

I am in the same boat with you...but we had to wait last year for ever for my husband to get his citizenship and we kind of run out of patience :)

when we filed last year his papers they told us at uscis that by march this year we should be done with everything (naturalization and aos) but here we are, 12 months later waiting.... and it sucks so bad and can't help not to feel some % of frustruation seeing all the k1 adjusting in no time...well...at least we are together that's what we keep saying to eachother...

Yeah I saw that, it's for the fingerprint check though.

The name check is the one that keeps people trapped forever. If any permutation of your name gets a hit it could take a while for the whole process to be over (even if it's not even your name  ). It's been two months, so if my name check hasn't been returned yet it's had a hit.
