k3 visa. got the pink slip but i also got a white paper

hello po. I'm a newbie here.

I was interviewed last August 5.

I went through the pre-screening (which took longer than my interview with the CO)

then finger print scanning

Finally consulate officer interview with a pretty young American lady (i can't forget how her ring looks. its too damn nice)

she asked me a few questions. like how did me and my spouse meet, blah blah

she said, "everything looks very well fine. kindly wait outside for your name to be called and then they'd give you instructions on what to do next)

we both bid goodbyes and exchanged thank yous

it didn't take too long i guess coz she knew and obviously i look and i am pregnant (8mos going 9)

so, it has not been 5 minutes since i was seated outside after the CO interview. my name was called on window 38 (as most of us knows, the releasing window)

the young lady there asked me if I already paid the delbros document verification fee. i said YES. she asked for the receipt. I gave it. I paid it on July 25, 2008. She handed me a pink slip stating that i have to pay the visa delivery fee. she also gave me the letter (WHITE PAPER).

At first, I thought I had to fill it out since I didn't check it right away. So i asked her what to do with it. She said its just a confirmation letter. i said, Ok thanks.

I went to the Delbros area, filled out the form, payed the 250 pesos delivery fee.

Im kind of bothered as to what the white paper means. Can anybody explain what that means? Just for my peace of mind. Thanks a lot for your responses.

wala na pala iba sinabi dun sa white paper. no other documents to be submitted. medyo nalilito lang talaga ko.

its a bit confusing naman kasi talaga... hope somebody could enlighten me on this matter.

hi there, i got white slip too after my interview last july 9....u have nothing to worry, just follow up visa and dV. ervything is ok and i can smell your visa will be there soon....god bless and good luck!

hi there, i think you have nothing to worry about....wla pa akong visa kc under dv pa ako were waiting for the nso to forward our docs to usem kaya still waiting pa. if theres nothing wrong with your dv u will have your visa so soon.......good luck

hi, don't worry about that, ganyan din nangyari sa akin before i just had to wait for about 1 month to get my visa. So don't be worried just wait ang hang on, masama sa baby if ur under stress. ok? God bless.

thanks. i just got a little paranoid coz not everyone got the same paper i got. i guess part din ng pregnancy yung pagworry ko too much. its a good thing this whole pregnancy is a breeze...

i'll keep everyone posted. not sure alin mauuna ngayon. delivery ng visa packet ko or yung delivery ng baby ko. im due anytime soon..

nde kse ako nagbayad agad ng verification..

tapos naabutan pa ng holiday yun sa kin..

its weird nga eh. coz i paid the verification fee way ahead the interview date. July 23 i checked the confirmation message sent by Delbros. tapos interview ko aug5. then pagdating ko sa releasing, they asked about the DV fee if i've paid it. i said yes. they asked for the receipt. i gave it. they didn't return it na nga...

oh well......

good morning everyone!

here's an update.

i texted Delbros today asking as to when they sent my documents to NSO. that was at 750am. I got a reply at 945am today.

"Delbros has received your text message. We are currently verifying your message and we weill get back to you as soon as we can. Thank you"

Then at 950, i received another text message from Delbros again saying, "Please be informed that your document is already with the NSO on July 25, 2008. The turnaround time of NSO to produce result is within the range of 1-4weeks. US Embassy will receive result from the NSO as soon as it is ready. Thank you."

I think that's good news. But is it ok to check with the NSO this time if what Delbros texted me is true? I would just like to confirm it with the NSO.

they said it's advisable to pay doc verification a month before ng interview..

anyways ganon din ginawa sa kin they asked for the receipt..

but i gave them just a photocopy of the receipt..
