I agree with this post. Kaya nga when my husband told me that we will go home to Pinas this October I was hesitant to go kasi people will think mayaman kami which is not. He wants to have a vacation there for our First Wedding Anniversary. I told him I have no pasalubong to many people. So crazy of me to mind about such stuff .

God is Great .. God is good... all the time..

I received the same forwarded email months back... I think the reason why there are a lot of people here who have the misconception that pag nakaapak ka na sa america or saan mang bansa labas ng pilipinas is dahil narin sa ibang mga kababayan natin na makalabas lang ng bansa eh akala mo kung sino na pagbalik, NUKNUKAN NG YABANG.

My family didn't expect anything from him when he came over (aside from chocolates), tapos yong ibang close friends ko na manila base, sila pa ang nagbabayad ng kinain namin sa restaurant. and nong one time gumimik kami sa manila, as in chip in, chip in talaga, hating kapatid sa binayaran.

Maraming ngang mga asungot who think that if you are with a white guy, dami mong pera. I just didnt mind them. But, I am also happy coz I've got close friends who really understand. When my fiance came here last december, sobrang laking tulong nila, kasi sila pa yung nagpahiram ng sasakyan , and pay for dinner noong lumabas kami, dahil sobrang tight yung bidget namin. Ngayon naman, chip in sila sa mga things that I need for my flight. May bumile ng luggage, ng bags, ng mga personal stuff, shoes, flashdisk, and they will be the ones to bring food sa despedida. I already trained them.(bwahahhaa) that I am not getting much just because I will marry a foreigner. HEhehheheh...My boss even offered to take me to the airport. When my fiance came here, nafeel nya talaga yung warm hospitality ng Filipinos kasi napampered sya dito:)hehhehee. Pero dun sa ibang asungot.. hay, they will just see u coz they expect you to give something to them, hay naku, dedma talaga ako:)

buhay sa tate ay hindi patay!!!!!!

We are just observing.. There were some who pretends to be newbie but to our surprise, eventually they knew lots of things about particular people in VJ..

One could browse this site and forums for years and not make an account. Then one day decide to create one and become a newbie but familiar with a lot of members.

What's your point? Why dont you just stop making assumptions and go straight down to the point?
