Scelled brown envelop given at med exam overseas

Hello everybody,

I read that when you arrive in the US under K1 visa, the officers at your POE will take the brown scelled envelop received after med examination and K1 interview.

What do they do then with the envelop. Is it sent to USCIS as part as AOS application??

Yep Faustine! You're right.

I just arrived in the USA yesterday, and asked him if the all packet was sent back to California for when I will do my AOS, and he said yes.

There is the all packet from the I129F petition, plus our medical info. I saw he also was looking for my DS-156 (the 2nd one I guess), I think that the only thing they are keeping.....but I don't really know.

A question about that. What doctor did you see in France? Did she/he gave you a copy of DS-3025? What is the expiration date on the doc? Just out of curiosity. I saw Dr Meyers and she gave me a pretty old copy of DS 3025. Did you have to have the new TB requirements done? TST tests? HPV vaccine?
