Is it really better to call the Embassy between 2 and 4pm? lol other ext. 5185?

OPPPSSS, sorry about that 8185.. the alternate extension number is 5185

i don't know about the 2-4pm though, maybe it is a new policy... back in last week of May 2008 (2 months and a a week ago) you can call anytime between 8-5PM but of course they keep changing things so i don't know if it is still the same.. if you get a busy signal or the voice prompt says "the person on that ext is blah blah blah... " just hit 0 and it will automatically redial without you having to go through all the steps... just keep hitting 0 if you get the same voice prompt till a live person picks up the phone.. beware though coz Lorraine's voice sounds like a voice prompt also, mellow and sweet but with a sharp edge.

hi! i just called and got thru....the lady said that it will take 2 weeks after they got the certificate from the NSO...Richard said they got mine last july 25, when was yours?

i paid DV jul 17...called delbros for several time about their txt message confirmation..got that conf text day after i paid it. texted delbros hotline and asked when did they forwarded the DV to NSO, got a reply from them saying they forwarded it to NSO July 21..

today Aug 4, i just called the most wanted office of Ray Ann and asked them again when did they send the DV request to NSO..a lady hold my call for 3 min. and after, got a response from her saying that they submitted the request on July 29..

see the non credibility processing of Delbros. who would have thought the embassy of the U.S. chose such a trash courier.

P.S. before i called delbros, i called NSO 1st and looked for Richard. i asked if they already received the DV from Delbros and he told me the status of my documents that it has been processed and "sent back" to the U.S. embassy.

if i will base the words of these people, its a sure ball that my documents are already verified and now sitting at the U.S. embassy files waiting for my interview but we'll see if these basis are true enough then i can find out AFTER MY INTERVIEW.

I checked with the NSO and embassy and I found out that my Dv was sitting in the USEM for 2 weeks now. NSO got mine on July 21 also and was sent back to the embassy on July 25. Unfortunately there was someone who put an incomplete name of mine in one of the documents. Im sure all my documents has my complete name on it so this said documents was supposed to be made by a personnel inside the embassy. So that unfortunately caused the delay. They can't determine the person who made that mistake (but I believe they are just protecting the person's identity). We could have found it if not for my wife calling USEM to check on my status. Now they are saying that it will take some 2 weeks more for there team to verify my documents. And 3 to 7 days for it to be delivered! What is it to verify? When NSO already gave them a certificate from the DV. All my documents came from NSO and the NSO's job is just to check the autheticity of these documents. Its so frustrating to find out that bec of one person's negligence this thing have to happen.

It may also be possible that the person who made the mistake is from delbros too!. Who would forget to write the applicants full name!

My wife was told by DElbros the her verification was sent already last Friday, she just called NSO today Tuesday,talked to Richard and he said no they have not got it yet from Delbros. So Delbros is lieing to people now, not just us but others. Is it against the law there to Lie to customers?

I am returning to the phils for her interview, so we can fly to America together. I want to know that the docs are in USEM well ahead of our interview. Thats the reason I put off our interview for 8 weeks. I don't want to have to fly home alone again.

elow Dalip, I noticed we have the same date on interview.Have you really received your visa? I saw in your timeline August 09? I came from Bohol just 2 hours away from your place..

I am worried about mine because the same story of these people who encounter with this Delbros thing. I paid Delbros a month ago, june something but I forgot the exact date coz the releasing officer ask it from me and was never return. I texted Delbros and they verified my payment. I follow up with them and the said been transferred to NSO. I trusted them with it. The worst thing is I called NSO and talked with this certain Guy( Richard) last thursday he confirmed that they received my documents but then just this JULy 23...

I just hope I found this site before my interview so i know this certain problems...
