hi can you please post the number of NSO. thanks

NSO NUMBER- 02- 926-7333 .

Thanks. Is it ok to pay the DV even if I still don't have interview date? I just got our case # but our papers was not yet sent to USE because they just received it yesterday from CSC. I will ask my fiance to call NVC on Monday and ask if they have already sent it to USE.

Yep, you can pay DV fee as long as you have your MNL case number. Pay it as early as possible, and for God's sake follow-up with Delbros. Don't just trust them to do their job.

NSO number is 02 9267333, look for Richard.

Delbros 02 3392761 loc 104, they will connect you to the manager humself.

Have your partners in the US call USEM to to their customer service hotline. They need to buy an $18 PIN though, but you can update them on the status of your DV in NSO and Delbros, so they'll know the delays are caused by Delbros. The number to call is 1-888-877-9888.

or try this other number free of charge : 02 3012000 loc 5184 and look for Grace.

Let's continue to bug Delbros and NSO so they speed up there process. We are not getting our money's worth with that kind of service.

Hi DaLip, I called the Embassy with the 18 dollar pin number the guy said there is no way they can check to see if, or when they sent my wife's name to Delbros  All they can do is tell me the case status lol. What a bad system they have lol, should be so easy you would think, soon as Embassy gets interview names, then send to Delbros ,then Delbros has the list and all they have to do is go down the list paid or not then forward to NSO why is it so hard for them to get this system down to where it works effeciently lol.

I suggest DavidnMay you call Delbros, bec they are responsible for that, second call NSO to check if Delbros did really done there jobs. You can call up to 3 times with that $18 PIN so remember it to follow up USEM in the future. I hope all goes well with you guys. I just want to vent on this though...

I just received an unreliable text message from the Delbros hotline. Text quote:

"Pls be informed that your verification request form is not yet forwarded to Delbros by the US Embassy. We will coordinate it with the Embassy. Thank You."

What makes this unreliable?

First, before i received this text message my wife already called the US embassy. The agent told her that my case, is still under DV. Also she told her that they are still waiting for Delbros's reply before they can further process my Visa.

Second, I already personally called and talked with an NSO officer (richard) regarding my document verification from Delbros. He then checked their files and said "sent back na po". He even asked me when I payed Delbros, and stated my complete nbame to verify, "David ... po kayo?, sent back na po".

How can I receive this text when the above proves it not to be true. :crying:

I checked with Richard too and said that the liaison officer of the embassy picked up my record last friday... Does it take another week or so for the embassy to verify the certificate? I kept on calling the embassy but i just couldn't get thru their busy line....

I just called Delbros, trying to get a specific date that our Docs were forwarded to NSO. Those people are COMPLETELY LOST!!!!!!!!!! They told me at first that they had already been delivered, then they told me that they hadn't been delivered yet, but they will send them this afternoon. How in God's name did these unprofessional idiots ever secure a government contract? They had no clue as to the whereabouts of our documents. To anyone else out there going through Delbros right now, PLEASE follow-up with them. Don't just sit back and hope that they do their job. Get on their a$$ and make them do it. I told Mr. Ray-Ann that I will be calling him again tomorrow for a progress report. If my work performance matched theirs, I would have my job very much longer.

If you were visiting the Philippines, I would open this statement with "Welcome to the Philippines"! As you may have undoubtedly concluded, their social/government ran agencies are very, very, very slow and the right hand has no clue what the left is doing, which includes our beloved Manila Embassy. So the best that you can do is to try to understand the process as well as you can, be patient, and continue to try and push everyone in the direction that you want them to move towards. Thanks for sharing and please vent anytime. We all completely understand...

Cheers!!!

It is because you actually did not call the US embassy, you just called a BPO(business process outsourcing a.k.a. CALL CENTER) company handling US embassy account (and many other big companies' account) and simply talked to a call center agent (not employed by USEM but by the call center) when you dialed that customer service number using $18 pin. They don't have your physical file nor have any direct access to all the data in your application, they are just reading from script and don't know anything beyond what is feed to them. If you want to know more info on the real status of your papers try calling the US embassy directly: 011 632 301 2000 ext 5184 or 8185 and look for either grace or lorraine. (no need for PIN, just the normal overseas call rate)

And yeah, the process should have been easy if they have a good system.. but as the sheriff has said "the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing". :(

Good luck to you and to others who are still waiting.
