Hi everyone,

its been a few weeks since i posted here. Anyway, my fiancee, now my wife got married on July 7th. However, she has and have always been domiciled in LA due to her H1B status. my question is, I live in northern california and she is in southern california. We have not lived together yet due to the employment issue where she could not move up here and look for another job until she gets her EAD.

In the I-130 petition, it has a blank where we have to put in the last address in which we lived together. WE have not yet lived together. She comes up here every couple of weeks and i go down to southern CA every couple of weeks. Technically, all her documents, government, employment, retirement, bank addresses are now here in northern california. The question is, will this not raise any red flags where they will ask us why we are not living together? the only time she can move up here is when she gets her EAD which we cannot have until the petition and AOS is done.

Any input on anyone who has been through this route is greatly appreciated.
