I am guessing you're a K1 visa holder so as per the I-485 instruction on page 5, you should file your AOS at the Chicago Lockbox.

USCIS Lockbox Addresses:

For U.S. Postal Service (USPS) deliveries:

USCIS

P.O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

For courier/express deliveries:

USCIS

Attn: FBAS

131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor

Chicago, IL 60603-5517

AOS filing fee is $1,010, which includes the biometrics. Also, you don't have to pay for EAD if you file it with your AOS. Just make separate cover letters for each application so your papers won't get messed up and make sure you have the requirements for each application (2 passport photos for each, copy of passport pages for each, copy of visa for each, etc etc.).

Good luck!
