TOLD by NVC all dates for August interview filled

I was told yesterday by the NVC operator that all interview slots for August had been filled, has anyone else who has called recently been told the same, or if you do call tday or the next few days could you post here with what they said regarding August im guessing its just for CR1s but please let me know what you find out

SLEC medical completed........9-3, 9-4, 9-5, 9-10-07......yes those lazys at SLEC took 4 days!!!!

VISA DELIVERED..........................09-19-2008

I FLY to fetch my family.................10-13-2008

really? oh my! hubby and i are planning to call USEM tom and sched my interview by Aug. I'll post here if we were able to get an Aug interview * i really hope we can get an Aug interview*

06.24.2010 - Check cashed

06.28.2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy received (9 days from the day they got our papers)

07.05.2010 - Received Biometrics Schedule (July 26)

08.05.2010 - Biometrics done! (had to re-schedule from 7/26 to 8/5)

08.13.2010 - Got my interview letter

08.20.2010 - EAD card on production

09.06.2010 - Got my EAD Card (62 days)

09.07.2010 - Applied for SSN

09.14.2010 - SSN Card received

09.16.2010 - Interview schedule (APPROVED)

09.20.2010 - Welcome Notice Received ("Welcome to the USA")

09.25.2010 - 10 yr Green Card received! (98 days)

Its my understanding that the NVC schedules the appointments after recieving dates from the Embassy. It looks like your going the K-3 route which maybe you will be a little more fortunate than we appeared to be but I dunno....maybe someone else can shed some light on this subject.

USCIS

12/04/2007 : I-130 Sent to USCIS

01/29/2008 : NOA1

05/07/2008 : NOA2 (Approved)

NVC

05/14/2008 : NVC assigned MNL Case No.

05/26/2008 : NVC Generates AOS & IV Bill

06/02/2008 : Online Payment AOS & IV Bill

06/04/2008 : Printed I-864; DS-230 & Barcoded coversheet

06/12/2008 : Sent I-864 & DS-230 Packets to NVC via USPS (overnight)

06/13/2008 : NVC received the Packets

06/16/2008 : NVC entered the I-864 & DS-230 into the system

06/19/2008 : CR2 Case Completed while CR1 got RFE DS-230 #2 & #20

06/26/2008 : Sent the corrected RFE DS-230 to NVC via USPS (overnight)

06/27/2008 : NVC received the RFE DS-230 corrections

07/03/2008 : CASE COMPLETED!!!

08/13/2008 : Medical Exam PASSED!!! (Aug. 13, 14 & 15)

not only for CR1 but also in k1.. its been 2 weeks since we got our NOA2. until now we didnt hear anything from NVC.. i hope we all get our mnl case # very very very soon so we can have our medical and interview date :wacko:

i just called USEM and they told me that i need to wait till fri or monday for me to sched my interview so i don't really know if Aug. is fully booked or not. I'll keep you posted

we called NVC earlier today they said that they are done scheduling for the month of august and they said we can call back first week of august to get september interview schedule..maybe for k-1 and k-3 is not yet filled maybe only for cr1 ..because k-1 and k-3 their interview schedules coming from the USEM while cr1 came from NVC
