PLS HELP GUYS IM CONFUSE ABOUT GETTING NBI CLEARANCE DO I NEED TO USE MY MARRIED NAME OF THE NAME WHEN I WAS A SINGLE.. PLS SHOW ME EXAMPLES..

hi there! u will use ur married name

the format in ur NBI should be ur married name, first name, middle name and mother's maiden name...

Love is an unexpected thing...and when it arrives grab it with all ur heart....it may pass u jsut once.......

i agree :thumbs: you need to use your MARRIED NAME. i just can't remember if i was asked for my marriage cert when i was getting my clearance :unsure: but to be safe just bring it incase they look for it. i hope someone can clarify here whether you need to bring your MC or not.

Hi girl.. You will use ur husband's surname (married name). You do not need to bring Marriage Contract with you, just tell them (NBI) that you will change your status (if you already have NBI clearance before)... Or if this is your first time then no problem at all...

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......
