just some questions about the affidavit of support

my income should be sufficient i make anywhere from 40 to 90 thousand a yr depending on how hard i work and how much i want to travel

After my divorce mainly as a result of it because i was fighting for my kids

i had 2 homes go into foreclosure and my credit was destroyed

will this affect me as far as the aos or is my credit even subject to scrutiny

should i be preparing to seek a cosponsor

what are some other typical things they ask for as far as affidavit of support should i bring info on my pension plan my 401 a my health benefits package etc

or is all that over kill

other than my 401 a and pension i have no savings

any guidance is appreciated

thanks

Peter

no need for cosponsor with the income you have stated. no need to use assets. a credit check is not part of the process for Affidavit of Support. ITR's and W-2's are used as evidence of income. you'll be fine
