Hi, my wife just recieved her 3.5 packet from the overseas consulate, I had a question regarding what forms to send to her. Regarding the I 134 affid of support does she have to send the package along with tax proof twice once now and once to the interview or just take the copies with her to the interview? If someone has already been thru this process can guide me as to what to send exactly it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!!!

Hi,

I'm also in the process, and already sent my checklist and will have my interview on the 30th.

I needed to send back my checklist as well as the DS230 form.

But you will have to send her the I-864 Affidavit of Support, not I-134......and it must be the original so get it going. The tax documents for the last year can be copies.

You also need to send her notarized copies of your divorce decree if you are divorced........

good luck
