hi i live in milwaukee and will be moving with my fiance to syracuse to begin school the beginning of july

anyways he came here wednesday and we are planning on getting married and filing the adjustment paperwork within the next 4 weeks or 6 weeks or so. (as soon as he gets his soc card)

i want to get this adjustment out of the way before i begin school and hopefully get him the legal right to work with the EAD as soon as possible.

which address should i use? what if they call him for biometrics in the city we are not living in at the time?

bachatera,

Getting the USCIS to update addresses on open cases Can be an iffy proposition, and things can get difficult if one misses an AOS interview they never knew they had because the USCIS is still using the old address.

I would be inclined to apply for adjustment at the new address, and not until I was at the new address to receive mail from the USCIS. That approach should fit OK with the timeframes that you wrote.
