White slip, but nothing checked?

Last night, my fiancee informed me that she received a white slip (and a pink slip), but nothing was checkmarked on the white slip. On the slip, it reads "We must review your case before it can be processed further. Please wait for a letter from us telling when you can return to the Embassy with the documents marked above for another appointment. When you have all of the required documents marked above, submit them at window __."

The problem is, there were no documents checked and no number written after "window". So we are confused, now. I called the Embassy and all she could tell me is within 6 weeks, if we do not get the Visa or a letter stating which documents to submit, to contact them again. So does this mean we are on AR document verify? I know we have passed because of the pink slip, but the blank white slip is confusing.

If anybody can explain, we would really appreciate it. Thanks and God bless!

Hi Fitzee,

You are on AR. Mine was the same, no check marked. They will just have to verify it documents with NSO. They say 6 weeks for timeframe but thats with allowance already. It can be sooner than that. Anyway, youre approved already pending the document verification (as long as theres no false documentation, then youre alright)

Hi Fitzee,

Mosh is right. Only the pending document verification is why the CO didn't issue the visa yet to your fiancee. Soon she will receive the visa.

Good luck.

Thank you both for your replies. I just get so frustrated with all of these ridiculous delays as we are respecting immigration laws and are penalized for it. Whereas people jump our borders illegally and our government wants to grant them amnesty for disrespecting our laws.

God willing, my cousin who is entering politics, will be able to make some changes to the system. Sorry for the rant, but I'm just frustrated with all of this stuff. I really need to go hit the weight room, but I have work first, lol

Thanks again. I hope and pray you will get your Visa soon too. :D

Hi.. Zandy got the white paper with nothing checked.. but later found out it was the ole doc verification.. I will assume they're waiting on your docs to make it's way back to the embassy. I am sorry.. but lets hope it will be a quick turn around.

Take care..

Heya,

The pink slip is just the Delbros delivery slip. Which means that if you only get this after interview, they will send your visa soon (within a week or the week of next). The white slip is a legal size paper, which they call 221g, and there are boxes that they mark if they need additional documents from you. For most of the K1 under the document verification, there are no marks on the boxes, but they will just sometimes highlight the "wait till you hear from us..." or nothing at all but definitely its a document verification thing.

see that not right to be put in AR i know you filed doc varvaction a long time ago like in april or before.

The pink slip is for the DELBROS delivery fee of the visa. The white form is form MNL-IV-22. Normally, it is used to request more documents, but the USEM has been using this form without any documents checked for those waiting on document verification.

The infamous form 221g is a form telling the beneficiary the visa has been denied and the petition is being returned to the US.

It's BS. We paid for document verification in March. My fiancee sent the text and even called Delbros to confirm that they had received it. Of course, Delbros did NOTHING and now we are on AR Document Verification because they didn't do their jobs. Delbros is horrible.

16 milliion illegal aliens in USA. Most from Mexico. They bring in disease, crime, drugs. They breed like ####### roaches and overpopulate the USA hospitals, schools and infrastructure.

Many predict bloodshed on US soil to get rid of these illegals. I say bear arms and be ready to do your part to rid the USA of Illegal Aliens.
