hello VJ friends,

my wife already had her green card, but her SS card is still restriction "Valid for work only, with DHS authorization". She and I are very busy working and didn't have much time to going to local office.

anywayz...

I took her to local office, but too many people are waiting in line and waiting is too long. Is there any other way we can do like..mailing or renew online without going to local office?

I just wanna her to have a new SS card without restriction

thanks!

She can mail it in (not too bright in my opinion) or have someone else take it in for her as long as she has signed it and provided the I-551 card.

Where do you live? The Brooklyn, NY Card Center is open until 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays.
