OK I'm filling in the SS-5 to get my SSN and I'm just not totally sure what to choose on the Citizenship option question 3. It says either legal alien allowed to work, legal alien not allowed to work. Now I never got a EAD stamp at the airport and I'm not applying for EAD till AOS after the wedding which to me means I'm not allowed to work but reading that document in the guides section the RM 002 thingy under section C it puts K1s under the allowed to work bit so which one am I ticking? Help!!!!

Man I really hate paperwork.

Thanks in advance for the help!

OK I've answered my own question by trawling back through some old posts. It appears I tick the allowed to work box. Lol so that's what I'm gonna do!
