Whatever you do, do not cancel the interview. If there is a problem at the medical, get done whatever you can, then go do your interview. If I understand this right, it may mean you just need to get more vaccinations before you leave, and it will cost you some more money. Since you are from the far east you probobly do not have many options as far as coming back, so you might have to extend your stay while you figure it out.

I hope the document works for you... you never know!

K1 Visa Process long ago and far away...

Removing Conditions

03/02/09 - Mailed I-751 package (CSC)

03/06/09 - Check cashed

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

Can you just get it stamped by another doctor? Anyone know?

1. Don't Panic. ©

2. Walk into the first clinic you see (there are tons of them in Moscow) and ask to transfer the info from your kartochka to a piece of paper with doctor's signature and seal.

3. If #2 fails, just bring your original record and a photocopy of the vaccinations page to your medical; pay the 700+ roubles for the copy of form DS-3025 and ask them to transfer your vaccination record into it. They should be able to do it.

Good advice above.

Ensure your beneficiary makes and brings with them to the States a copy of the DS-3025 (vaccination form)

Hey girl

Do not worry about anything! Then i had my medical exam in Moscow, i did not bring any records with me, except my passports. You dont need your vaccination records for k1 visa! You will only need your blood test and x-ray!

Good luck!
