Meu esposo entrou ilegalmente nos EUA, apos 1 ano q ele estava aqui nos conhecemos.

Entao a gente casou e tal. EU dei entrada nos documentos dele e ja estamos quase na etapa final.

Ele ainda esta aki nos EUA comigo mas esta voltando ao Brazil agora em Agosto. Pois a intrevista dele vai ser la.

Por acaso alguem sabe de algum caso parecido? Ele vai ser detido la por ter entrado ilegalmente aki? Nos temos um filho americano, tenho medo q ele nao possa voltar mais. Desde ja agradeco pela ajuda.

03/2007 - K1 approved

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
